Since 2014, Youthink Center has been very successful in gathering support from a wide range of partners and stakeholders to ensure buy-in for UNMC initiatives in the People's Republic of China at all levels. Youthink, led by President Mr. Zekai Wang, has engaged over 3,200 youth volunteers and have collected over 300,000 votes for MY World in China over the past year. Founded in 2009, Youthink Center is a youth-led, non-profit organization with the mission to encourage youths’ engagement in sustainable development, equipping young people in China with global vision and promoting cross-generational dialogues.

Offline, Youthink successfully engaged over 3,000 factory workers in Shanxi province at the grass root level to take the MY World survey via paper ballot. While online, Youthink creatively engaged the support of a major Chinese internet company, NetEase (WangYi), creating an interactive mobile app to feature the MY World survey in mandarin, with local Chinese celebrities advocating on MY World's behalf. All this was done through innovative online and offline engagement with a firm understanding of China's local political and social landscape, and as a result Youthink was able to build relationships with strong media partners, the private sector, and young people in China.
